I went on a 3.3 mile BF run yesterday. In future posts I'll be speaking more about this BF running experience. Yesterdays run I acquired my first war mark. A blood blister. Nothing too major. Guess I was a little sloppy on that run. Clean up my awareness on the next run. Still need to gain the leather like skin. The journey is a learning experience........
