Leather feet: I prefer to be barefoot always outside of work. Consider myself a barefoot advocate in my rural area. Though I've had hands on experience with numerous minimalist shoes, and own some. I'm very familiar with the minimalist shoe industry. Though in my opinion it is best to wear no shoe at all as much as possible. I do barefoot run. I run on beach, and on trails. I don't like running on streets with traffic, etc. I've been BF in the gym for over three years. I BF as well with other activities when I play. Been bare footing in my daily life since late summer 2010. That includes stores, city streets, etc. Prior to 2010 I was mostly a gym bare footer. Now the world sees my bare feet ! Good health starts with a strong foundation(which is our feet). Treat your feet properly, and good health will follow. Your naturally grounding yourself this way ! My goal is to help educate the public that bare feet are safe, and healthy. Let's do away with the many misconceptions !
